Best British Restaurants in Yonge and Lawrence

We stayed at the hotel and ate at the fortunate fox several times throughout the week. The team of servers was accommodating and attentive. We conducted a lunch meeting and they totally set us up with everything we needed, while never making us feel like we were overstaying our welcome! Food was fantastic, atmosphere was perfect for daytime and very lively at night.

I went back to Fox on John with a friend yesterday and took advantage of their taco Tuesday and 1/2 off Margaritas. It was great and I'll definitely be back. This is turning into my go to place for drinks after work.

We often dine at the Duke of York before attending concerts at the Koerner Hall. Staff are very friendly and hospitable ; they always do their best to accommodate our requests. That, plus the tasty food they have attracts us to this restaurant/alehouse. On this occasion, I had the chicken breast with Brie, on a baguette; very well prepared, and very tasty. My wife had her usual Cob salad, and enjoyed it thoroughly. The place gets packed because this is a gem in the neighbourhood.
