Best Cajun Restaurants in Huntington Beach

Bourbon Street reminds me of a neighborhood restaurant with drinks...comfortable but not fancy. The Jambalaya was spicy, but not overly so...the Blackened Sole had a large side of very nice vegetables that my wife really appreciated. We don't come to Bourbon Street often, but will keep coming back because it feels comfortable and has good food.

Had the all you can eat and it was delicious and very affordable. True all you can eat and the staff is very nice,professional and attentive.

We had an extremely good dining experience at Roux last night: the staff was attentive and friendly, the food arrived promptly, and the noise level was low. I was surprised to learn my hanger steak had been sous vide'd so that it was perfectly medium rare from edge to edge -- an impressive detail. The steak was stacked on top of some braised vegetables and a puréed sweet potato. Yum all the way down . We will return to explore other parts of the menu.
