From the moment I walked in, the hostesses made me feel like I was exactly where I was supposed to be. Warm, genuine, and completely unhurried. My server Andrea was exceptional. Her recommendations weren’t just good, they were thoughtful and spot on. She knew every detail of the menu with real confidence and passion, and every single suggestion landed perfectly. To the kitchen staff and Chef Hawksworth’s team: I don’t know how you do it, but every single bite was extraordinary. The beet salad, the full clam spaghetti, the salted caramel pot de crème. The clam to spaghetti ratio was literally perfect, and the jalapeño is a revelation. That pot de crème was the perfect ending to a perfect meal. You know a meal is special when you genuinely consider skipping brushing your teeth at bedtime, just so you might catch one more taste of it in your dreams. Nightingale, you have a customer for life.
