the ambience was great at the warehouse hotel, we hosted a family from overseas at Po and it was a great experience overall. prior to the dinner had communication with the restaurant throughout on any arrangements, etc. during dinner it was also great, top notch service, staff patiently explained every dish to us and their recommendations were on point. the kids loved making the popiah and the blue pea rice was our personal favourite.

I have had the privilege to dine here several times in 2026, and each time the food and the service was impeccable. I took away one star for ambiance because we were in the ballroom for Chinese New Year reunion dinner (for which this review was requested), and the space felt rather impersonal. Apart from that, everything was pretty spot on. Great winelist too.

My experience was amazing! The burrata dish was probably one of my favs, along with the octopus orechiette. Outstanding flavours, super innovative and something I’ve never come across before in the local food scene. The free flow wines on tap was truly an experience as well, and loved that we could choose across different profiles and regions. Experience was also made so much better with the service of Nicholas!! 100% would come back again.
