Best Cocktail Bars in Woodford

I was looking for a seafood restaurant for a quick early evening meal before catching a train home. This restaurant is a bit difficult to find set back from the road behind some building construction. However, the general ambience is good with welcoming people. The seafood menu gave a good choice of different dishes and I opted for a seabass steak cooked in an almond sauce. My companion chose squid on a bed of rice. The starters of anchovies olives and tomato salad were both good. The main courses were nicely presented and tasted fabulous. Overall I would recommend this restaurant for seafood lovers. Service was also excellent. Cost at approx £60.00 per head for 2 courses. Thanks for excellent service!

Great selection of wines, food is always on point and the atmosphere is very nice and chill.

This is my second visit to the Aviary, and I wasn't disappointed. The service and food were excellent, just as I remembered them. I love the natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows, so even on a cold and grey day it's lovely and bright.

Came after seeing their Sunday roast on socials and can say we were not disappointed. We had some items off their à la carte menu too and would definitely come back again for dinner. Their cocktails were good quality, definitely somewhere to come the girls. Service was good and everyone was so friendly, atmosphere was relaxed so I didn’t feel rushed to order and leave. Highly recommend!
