Comala in Portland is by far the most elevated cocktail and dining experience in the entire NorthWest. The level of detail put to who they source produce from to who's tequila and mezcal they serve is rigorous and exemplary. Love the new menu for May! So many great things to choose from. The Rigatoni is so well (hand)made and tasty. Olives and Focaccia are a fabulous starter with their amazing drinks/wine and the Meatballs are by FAR, the best we've had anywhere in Portland. We could live off those dishes...yum! The staff is wonderful and make the experience a great one for us. Its out go-to place several times a month!
