Best Cocktail Bars in Colonel Creek Landing

I have to say this was one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had. This was a birthday celebration for my best friend. From the moment we walked in we were catered to and treated with so much consideration!! The server/waitress was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She was attentive, laughed with us and even took the time to take numerous pictures. I ordered brussels sprouts unaware that there was meat in them. She was so courteous and kind. She took my order and another individual’s order back and brought us fresh brussels sprouts with no meat. In this day and age, this type of consideration, attentiveness is hard to find a restaurant. My friend had an amazing birthday dinner and it was all because this restaurant did their absolute best to provide an experience for us. There was also live music and the singer came over and spoke with us personally and then did a birthday shout out to my friend and saying happy birthday to her with the rest of the restaurant. Tap and Vine will definitely get more business from myself and my other eight friends who were there we cannot stop talking about the server/waitress my only regret is that I don’t know her name to officially give her a shout out because she deserves it. She was working last night at the location on Rea Road. We got there at seven and she was there the entire time if anyone at the restaurant knows her name please tell her we appreciate her and she is absolutely amazing. You definitely should keep her.  oh and let me just say the food was absolutely divine the Philly cheesesteak, egg rolls, amazing and the lamb lollipops cooked perfectly to perfection. 

We had such a wonderful experience at Carlisle’s and I can’t recommend it enough! Coming from a small town, it’s truly special to have a place like this—beautifully set in a historic location with so much charm and character. The restaurant is housed in a restored property with a warm, elegant atmosphere that immediately makes you feel like you’re somewhere special. I visited with my mother and husband, and we started our evening in the lounge. The drinks were fantastic, and the bartender made the experience even better with great conversation and genuine hospitality. It was the perfect way to ease into the night. When we moved into the dining area, everything continued to impress. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We had the crab and shrimp alfredo and the flank steak, and both dishes were beyond delicious—perfectly prepared and full of flavor. (I would order them again in a heartbeat!) The menu really highlights elevated Southern cuisine with a refined touch, and it shows in every bite. What makes Carlisle’s even more special is that it brings this level of dining to a small-town setting. It feels like a hidden gem—an upscale, memorable experience right in the heart of a charming community. We left already talking about our next visit. Wishing this amazing new restaurant all the success—it’s truly a standout and such a wonderful addition to the area!
