Ask for the story behind the salt when you go (and I love the metaphor of salt) . I mean, Iberico pork?! Best ribs I've ever tasted by a long shot. I didn't realize cabbage could taste and look so beautiful. The chef's joy for his art can be tasted and felt. This place is special.
