Red Oak Tavern is a Lincoln gathering place built on a simple idea: Nebraska roots, honest food. Our beef comes from Winterfrost Wagyu. Our chicken comes from Red Bird Farms. Our cheese board leans on Deer Creek cheddar and Broadbent's prosciutto. We cook with specialized farms whenever we can, because we like knowing who raised it and how.The menu is the kind of food you want to come back for: steaks and chops, tavern plates, burgers, and a weekly lineup you can set your calendar by. Lasagna on Monday. Chicken parm on Tuesday. Prime rib on the weekend. Bohemian pork shank on Sunday.Pull up a chair. We saved you a seat.
