    We arrived 15 minutes prior to our OpenTable Reservation and was told we still had to wait 30 minutes, we could visibility see our reservation on the screen at the hostess desk, When asked what the purpose of using OpenTable was the hostess walked away to go check with someone it was obvious she had no knowledge of how opentable work another hostess came over we told her we had an OpenTable reservation and she seated us immediately. I think with a little training of hostesses the first encounter could have been avoided.

    We had a wonderful experience with our friends. The service was excellent, although there was quite a lull between our salads and our dinner. Nonetheless, I would have rated the whole evening a 5 except the $18 add on batter-fried lobster was just not as tasty as I remembered from our last visit to JJ's. For the price, I expected the lobster to be a bit more flavorful/succulent. Otherwise, we will go back again when we have a special occasion to celebrate - we enjoy JJ's, but it is expensive for us to visit too often.
