Absolutely delicious Mother’s Day meal! Salmon was cooked perfectly and my mother loved her Tomahawk pork chop. The presentation is photo worthy and service was impeccable. I can’t wait to go back again

Truly was an unbelievable experience, considering it was my first time there with my partner. Would definitely recommend for anyone going, whether it’s the casual dining or the fine dining. The experience was unbelievable and our server Ethan was very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely will be back, 10 out of 10. 

Each visit to Prairie Star seems to be more delicious. Most recently, we again chose the prix fixe menu. The food was truly extraordinary (bison gumbo!) and the wine was delightful. Our table by the window gave us a lovely view of the Sandia Mountains and the hospitality of the staff was again exemplary. Bravo, Prairie Star!

The best restaurant in Albuquerque. Period. Modern cuisine in a contemporary setting with influences of New Mexican cooking and farm fresh local ingredients. The wine list is carefully curated with a fine selection of both new and old world wines in a variety of price ranges. Often there is a new wine to explore that never fails. And the staff is above exceptional. Every single time I walk in the door, I feel like I'm visiting old friends. I cannot say enough about them. But don't take my word for it: go meet them yourself.
