    Blu on the Hudson was a perfect choice to make a day special. I had dinner there with my mom for Mother’s Day, and the staff was incredible attentive. The location views are unbeatable, and the interior decor is stunning with various seating arrangements. The food was also so flavorful and fresh, we ordered the Blu Sushi, Filet Mignon Carpcaccio, the shrimp appetizer and the salmon. The drinks menu include descriptions, pictures and pairing options with food which I really appreciate the thoughtfulness. Most importantly, management was very present, friendly, and kind to us. José played a huge role in our experience there, he was so patient in describing the dishes making suggestions and just creating conversation with us. Very thoughtful! The music was great too. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and will definitely be going back.
