Best Contemporary British Restaurants in Neath

Lovely food, great service and good value for money.

Superb meal on Steak Night - cooked to perfection ton medium rare fillet.

Ample parking on site and decor of the restaurant is very tasteful. We would have preferred a table near the window for the relaxing views of the garden but this wasn't possible on this occasion even though we pre-booked. We were seated on a small table near the bar and next to what appeared to be a family meal with children so it wasn't the usual relaxing experience but still nice. We did move the table down slightly as one of the chairs jutted out into the walkway and we risked getting bumped. Good drink options both alcoholic and non alcoholic. We loved the homemade Raspberry lemonade which was served with garnish. Good variety of dishes on offer to suit all tastes and they cater for vegetarians. Food is cooked to perfection and well presented. We had the homemade chicken curry and tomato and basil aranchini. Mains come with choice of potatoes and we chose the chips which were delicious. Lovely selection of desserts again homemade. We had the coconut pannacotta and the lemon and rhubarb tart. All well presented with lots of lovely touches and tasted wonderful. Overall we really enjoyed the meal and found the prices to be average for such good quality food. I think next time I might request a window seat though.

An absolutely exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The tasting menu was beautifully curated, with each course showcasing incredible creativity, balance, and attention to detail. Every dish felt like a work of art, both visually and in flavor. The service was attentive, and perfectly timed, making the entire evening feel effortless and special. Truly a memorable experience.
