Best Contemporary British Restaurants in Tanworth in Arden

We spent a family evening at the Musical Night. The couple singing were outstanding, and gave a first class performance that had the whole room engaged. The food was superb, as was the service. Can’t quite remember when I spent such a fabulous evening out

Having eaten at several other Ivy restaurants, including the original one & the Ivy Asia Oriental, St Paul's, our expectations were high and we were not disappointed at all. The interior is warm and inviting, beautiful art deco theme to create a great ambience. Food and service excellent, as expected. We were not rushed at all, a decent pause between each course. Highly recommend.

Beautifully presented and crafted dishes. Delicious food. Little touches makes it special such as an edible flower or garnish. Service was quick and efficient but then we were the only people in the restaurant at that hour! I appreciate that they didn't bother us coming to ask was everything OK all the time...

From the warm welcome on arrival, the relaxing amuse bouche and creative cocktails to the superbly attentive yet discreet staff and of course the stunning 10-course tasting menu, the enjoyment is unbounded. Aktar Islam’s creativity is genius and built on vast experience of his beloved Indian culture fused with a modern take on classics and using only the best ingredients. An absolute gem and a joy.
