The Atelier restaurant offers modern world cuisine based on regional products. All dishes are carefully made in house and procured from personally known suppliers. The wines are selected to accompany the food and the restaurant additionally offers an extensive wine list with over 400 varieties in stock. The name Atelier is derived from the French word for workshop. The establishment discreetly incorporates the concept of an ‘atelier’ in its interior furnishings, and guests have the possibility to put their own artistic skills to the test on a large canvas. The restaurant also operates the system of the “Menu workshop”. For a fixed price, guests can create their own menu from anything on the main menu and combine all the dishes in any way they wish. Menus with main courses as starters are therefore perfectly possible. The menu is also supplemented with dishes and drinks that are written on chalkboards. The restaurant is a lively and straightforward place.

The Bel Etage gourmet restaurant has won multiple awards and offers no-frills, market-orientated gourmet cuisine with a French feel, a modern interpretation and a keen focus on products. For many years, the restaurant has been under the direction of Michael Baader, who has devoted his energies to running the establishment with total passion from the outset. It is located on the first floor of the Art Hotel, occupying four rooms of the medieval townhouse. The restaurant offers an à la carte menu, three different set menus as well as a business lunch at lunchtime. The menus are accompanied by a first-class selection of wines; the restaurant also offers an extensive wine list with over 400 varieties in stock. In the summer, the restaurant in the courtyard of the Gallery Hotel moves onto the summer terrace under a shady canopy.
