What a lovely restaurant! The menu isn’t huge but there is something for everyone. Beef, vegetarian, fish & poultry. The food is delicious in a lovely setting. The servers are all very nice. They have English menus if you need them. They aren’t located in the hear of Mainz but they aren’t too far away. It’s a nice walk from Old Town & well worth the walk.

Very good food. Margarete is usually very busy and the service is challenged but still does a good job, friendly and attentive. We would go there again.

Nice restaurant, excellent food. From the restaurant you have a nice view on the river Main. Restaurant was pretty full for a Tuesday. Luckily I booked in advance.

Incredible dinner - I had the Burrata Ravioli and my husband had the Roast Beef. And we had this mysterious drink as an aperitif - smoked lavender foam and heavens knows what else but we loved it. We are on one of the Viking ships and took a night off from dinner aboard - so very happy that we did. If we lived closer, we would definitely be here more often. Thank you !
