Best Contemporary Italian Restaurants in Hamilton

Went to Nicola's with a friend, first time for both of us. Food was excellent, we both ordered the Tagliatelle alla bolognese, and loved it. Service from Ben was great, and the decor, lighting, and noise level were what you'd expect from a high-end restaurant. The manager also stopped by to check in on things, a nice touch.

We had the best service maybe ever. We were celebrating our anniversary and they greeted us with champagne, comped us dessert and sent me home with the wine I loved. The food is so good. The pork chop is the best we ever had. Skillet focaccia amazing. Very authentic. Highly recommend!

Brought out of town friends to GH which we have talked about frequently. Entree ordered were the pork shank, filet, and a ravioli dish. All were exquisite! The table shared the 2 ravioli options, beef and lobster, appetizer. For dessert our friends ordered the carrot cake and we had the chocolate cake. All were outstanding! James, the GM, and Savannah, our server, took great care of us throughout our meal.
