Gateau Ghost's humble beginnings trace back to the pandemic when founder Jayden Park perfected his madeleines in his home kitchen. This is where crowd favourite Madeline flavours like Matcha-Pistachio, Black Sesame, Strawberry, and Miso were first created. Fast forward to 2024, and we've opened the first brick-and-mortar restaurant. The space is a 3-in-1 masterpiece: a bakery, a small storefront stocked with products from local businesses, and a bistro-style restaurant with an open kitchen. We're serving coffee, pastries, brunch, lunch, and dinner from our location at College & Dovercourt in Toronto. Our cafe is open 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.Brunch is available from 10:00am-4pm, Tuesday - Friday; 9:00am-4pm Saturday & Sunday.Dinner reservations 6:00pm - late, Thursday - Saturday. Closed on Mondays. We accept reservations two weeks in advanced and require a credit card to book for parties of 6+.Entire party must be present to be seated.
