The steak was cooked to perfection, I asked for medium and it certainly was cooked to my satisfaction. My friend asked for well-done; it certainly was cooked that way. He had to wait longer than expected, a staff member apologized for the wait. My friend appreciated that and he enjoyed the well-done steak. We absolutely love their cider.
