Each course was excellent, and the total amount of food was perfect. The chef has a sense of humor, dishes were often plays on better known dishes. For example, they had a course with heirloom tomatoes, meet bacon, a sour bread foam, and a lettuce granita—in other words, a wedge salad! 😀. The subtleness of flavors was wonderful. Each dish was a balanced unit, with flavors so well blended that each bite was such a joy.
