Best Fusion Restaurants in Bountiful

I’d eaten here once and had a fine experience, but last night’s meal blew me away. Our server Dan was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and super passionate about the menu. There was a special chef’s menu, as they recently brought in a new chef, and every single bit of the experience was next level. The flavors in the ceviche were incredible, and the short rib - omg. It was a special for the night, but is being put on their winter menu beginning in December. I order short rib often at different places with mixed results, but this was like nothing I’ve eaten and was the best I’ve ever had by a long shot. This meal was worth every penny.

Unique and intimate experience. Menu change frequently, great wine selections .

great food and great service! brunch menu is very diverse

We visited Burger Lab Bar & Lounge last night and honestly it exceeded our expectations. The burgers were juicy, packed with flavor, and the portions were huge. You can really tell they use quality ingredients and put a lot of thought into every detail. The atmosphere is amazing — modern, energetic, and fun. The laboratory concept really comes through in the cocktails, which are creative, unique, and beautifully presented. It makes the whole experience feel different from a typical burger spot. Service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff made us feel very welcomed. Definitely one of the coolest places in Salt Lake City for burgers and drinks. We’ll absolutely be back! 🍔🔥🍹

Great food, ambience and service! Highly recommend!
