Sorry Not Sorry is West LA’s ritual for serious dinner without the serious face. Chef Kim Vu blends backyard ease with brasserie flair—balancing smoke, depth, and brightness until the flavors lock in. Think ribeye cap with miso demi and marrow butter, heritage pork with chimichurri, market fish finished with chili-garlic aioli, coal-roasted veggies that eat like a main, and party snacks that say the meal’s on. Drinks are just as key: the Garden Glow martini—clarified yuzu, butterfly pea gin, cucumber ice—lands beside its NA twin with the same photogenic sparkle. Large-format cocktails and zero-proof pours keep every crew, date, and celebration included. Guests call it “backyard garden party meets night market.” The 4,000-sq-ft patio glows with fire pits and string lights, while the lounge and front patio offer more ways to gather. Reserve via OpenTable for birthdays, wrap parties, or milestones. SNS is where West LA slows down and makes dinner the main event.

We went for dinner before seeing a show at the Pacific Residence Theater down the street. Andrea was our server and she was fantastic! Friendly, made great suggestions. and really made sure we had a wonderful meal, dessert, coffee, and got us out in plenty of time to make the show. We started with the Greek Salad and the Arugula salad. Both were fresh and full of flavor! For the main course my wife had the Skirt Steak and I had the Lasagnette Bolognese. Skirt steak was cooked and seasoned well and came with delicious fingerling potato’s, Asparagus and Broccolini. The Lasagnette Bolognese was a hearty flavorful pasta dish. For desert we each had a hot laté and split the Berry Cobbler! A terrific way to end the meal. The menu had so many choices and I look forward to coming back to try some of the other options! Paloma will definitely be a stop whenever we visit the Venice area or go to a show. Thank you, Andrea for taking the time to make our night great! If you are coming out to the Venice area check Paloma out!
