Best Gastro Pubs in Bethlehem

We where celebrating our daughters last day of chemo, I had made reservations for 4:30, but she got done early. The manager okayed it that we could come in 1 1/2 hours earlier. All of the staff was extremely pleasant, polite and very happy to make sure you had the best experience. The food was fantastic!!!! Yes we brought a lot home but we ordered a lot, because it all sounded so good. The only thing I regret is not tipping our waitress more money she was fan nominal!! And I don’t remember her name. Only because I am not good at names. Will definitely be a returning customer!!!!

The service was awesome. Our server was very patient and right on time with everything. Everyone was very happy with their food.

Dinner at the Salt House was a highlight of the evening. The scallops with Parmesan polenta and sauteed spinach was delicious. The scallops were tender and the polenta was creamy with a nice cheese flavor. My husband had Chilean sea bass with asparagus and Parmesan risotto. The portion was large and he enjoyed everything. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable in the upstairs library. My drink was inventive and strong ( Emily’s fever dream?). This will definitely be on our preferred list.

First time at the Thirsty Turtle. Great food, great beer selection & great service! Would definitely go there again!

Very friendly staff and owner! Food was tasty and service was quick.
