Best Grills in Causey

We visited the grill as part of our Fenwicks Xmas window experience. We were accompanied by my 5 month old granddaughter who was in her buggy. The staff were very good at seating us in an appropriate place with the pram and were very attentive. The food was, as usual, delicious. A salmon starter followed by the seafood stew and a burger. We were about to leave when they surprised us with a piece of basque cheesecake (also delicious!) as it was my birthday. I eat either here, or the fish counter quite regularly and it never disappoints.

The food was outstanding, loads of flavour and freshly made with the kitchen partially visible with plenty on the go. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside is we felt rushed, no sooner had the starters cleared the mains were on the table. We had booked for a catch up but were in and out within 40mins.

Excellent experience. We came for Sunday lunch and could not fault anything. We came with a 11 week old and a 3 year old. I had requested a highchair and space for the pram and the team had made sure there was plenty of suitable space for us. Food was outstanding, fantastic portions sizes. The children menu was great all homemade and you could tell. Our little one particularly enjoy his ice cream with chocolate dinosaur and the little treat box he got too. The Sunday lunch I would highly recommend.

Restaurant setting is very clean and pretty. Young staff very attentive- clearly been trained well. Food - good choice, hanging kebabs meat and veggie options very tasty and good price. Burgers looked impressive too
