Wadan Mushin-tei is a small Japanese restaurant. The restaurant itself is not very large, with only four tables and a six-seat bar for guests to sit at. Because of the intimate space, those that would like to dine at Wadan Mushin-tei are encouraged to make a reservation well in advance. Wadan Mushin-tei's specialty is seafood, which the staff here prepares a variety of ways. Some of the fish are grilled whole and served on a bed of nori, while others are cooked in a traditional Japanese hot pot. For purists, Wadan Mushin-tei makes some excellent sushi and sashimi platters.

Wholesome seasonal food served in an off-street detached house, versatile space which suits any occasion. This is a restaurant always willing to make new friends. All these disparate elements are fused into one narrative: passion for the Edo style meat cooking culture, passion for ingredients, the importance of connection with the local community, cooking methods, tableware, presentation. All-important ingredients delivered from the producers are cooked with gratitude, imbued with a sense of the season and presented to customers. This is the spirit of Edo cooking.

Kyoshizuku features the cuisine of Kyoto, a specific region of Japan which has its own flavor profiles, cooking techniques and culinary influences. Much like the northern and southern regions of Italy, or the American south and west coast, Kyoto proudly proclaims a type of cuisine which is unique in Japan. Kyoshizuku captures these flavors skillfully with an ever-changing, multi-course kaiseki menu. For those that are unfamiliar, kaiseki works in the same way as a classic French prix fixe menu, as the guest pays a flat rate and then sits back as the chef serves anywhere from seven to twelve courses.
