Best Indian Restaurants in Andover, Greater Boston

Great dinner - we came in the early side and asked for a table overlooking the small park which we got. The food was excellent and the service was also very good.

If you want a fine dining experience where there is a high quality in every aspect, Tashan is an excellent choice. Each dish is delicious and served in a timely manner. The ambience is warm and welcoming. The service is exceptional and you never feel rushed. Yes, it is on the pricey side but as I said, the experience is worth it.

The food and service are always excellent at Monica's. It's not your run of the mill Indian, it's a modern take on Indian cuisine. We always enjoy it there. It's a small restaurant, to be sure to make dinner reservations, although we've never had an issue just walking in for lunch.

The overall experience was pleasant. My only criticism is regardless of what you order all dishes come with the same brown sauce. It looks the same. It tastes the same. It really reduces the distinction between the dishes. It’s still wonderful food.

Always love going here. From the cocktails ( the spicy Rita and the Bombay to Boston are favorites) to the menu that wonderfully blends Diner classics with unique Indian flavors it literally has something for every mood and every taste. Some of my favorites are the Salmon coated with gunpowder—a South Indian condiment made of lentils and the absolute tops is their Kerala fried chicken on a waffle ( Kenji Lopez would be proud ). To top it all , and I don’t say this lightly—their Tater Tots and French Fries are exceptional: many a Friday evening has us going there because the little one craves their tater tots !!
