Centered around our set lunch and dinner menus, we also spotlight new displaced chefs through rotating pop-up experiences that celebrate culture and connection.Our weekday lunch (Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.) offers global comfort dishes, including Egyptian Koshari, Somali Sambusas, Tunisian Shakshuka, and Seared Halloumi Salad, paired with refreshing drinks such as West African Bissap, Tropical Tamarindo, Somali Shaah, and Masala Tea.On Friday and Saturday nights (5 p.m. to 10 p.m.), Chef Louie Chavez (Navajo/Apache) leads our year-round Native American dinner, featuring Calabacitas Fry Bread, Three Sisters Salad, and Halal Sumac Braised Bison Steak, honoring Indigenous traditions.
