Chef Ran Kimelfeld brings his wealth of experience and knowledge to present an exciting menu which will follow the seasons to excite the senses. The wine list and cocktail offerings have been curated to match the distinct flavours of the menu and will be will be a fantastic mix of the new and classics with a twist.
The food we offer at Shuk is inspired by what we grew up with in Israel, where the cuisine available is one of the largest melting pots on the planet, with food coming from a variety of cultures that migrated to the country from 130 different countries in the past 50 years. The menu is directly influenced by Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisines.
