Absolutely wonderful Food was out of this world The staff were so helpful and new everything about the food and wine We sat at the kitchen counter was such an experience watching all the amazing food being cooked The ambience of the restaurant is like your sat at your friends home. It’s got a very cosy feel to it. I will be going back often to eat there. A really special place. Highly recommend. Just the whole experience was beautiful

We've been meaning to visit here for literally years- we only live a few miles away. Well finally we made it, and what an excellent treat it was. The menu is small ( which for a one chef kitchen is the way to go) and all 4 mains were homemade pasta dishes. The ones we chose ( carbonara snd and a ragu dish) were perfectly Italian and outstandingly delicious, prepared in front of us in the open kitchen by Ugo the chef and proprietor. For starters we had focaccia and bruschettas with semi dried tomatoes and a soft Italian style cheese (made for the restaurant here in Cornwall). Pudding just had to be a shared tiramisu (winner of a Good Food Award) which is one of the Cornish Italian signature dishes - best we've ever eaten! The atmosphere was pleasant, the welcome friendly and we enjoyed chatting to Ugo (on food related matters!) for some minutes afterwards. The Cornish Italian is a little treasure, hidden away on the Roseland and we strongly recommend you give it a go. Guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Beautiful seasonal food with wonderful flavours . As a pescatarian I feel restaurants struggle to provide flavour when serving seasonal foods and anything is brown or dark green brassicas. Not here - delicious Plan to return soon to test the desserts menu. Thank u
