We began with the farinata—featuring a tofu-like "pancake" made with yardlong beans - paired with turnips, cherry tomatoes, and micro greens. It was unique and tasty. We ordered the tomato risotto with fried capers, which did not disappoint. We also enjoyed the gnudi, a perfect fall dish featuring savory roasted chicken, fennel, and delicata squash. The sauce was incredible, and we were glad we ordered the focaccia, which is a star on its own. To round out the night, our waiter suggested his favorite Amaro, Averna, which we thoroughly enjoyed.
