My wife came down to The Del for our birthdays. We both had never been to Nobu. It was over the top more than expected. The waiter was very knowledgeable and excellent at recommending perfect dishes. It was one of the most amazing dinners I’ve had in a long time. Anybody considering going… Don’t hesitate!

Absolutely impeccable service by Harvey. He is professional, warm and kind. He was very patient as well, because I arrived early at 11:06 am yet my reservation was for 11:45 am. He served me while I waited about 40 minutes for my friend to arrive. I was seated at my favorite table, service was immediate and Harvey took care of me/us through the entire and pleasant luncheon experience Food, as usual, was outstanding. I am a frequent guest at the Bluewater Grill and the experience's never disappoints.

We had the best night. We wanted to go the first night on SD but did not have a reservation (You definitely need one). We booked one for a Monday. They did not disappoint. We originally had a table by the front window but there was a big party next to us. They asked us to move to another table to accommodate the party but in turn made up for it by buying us a drink and moved us to in my opinion a better area of the restaurant. The food was amazing and the service top tier. Jesus took great care of us. I definitely recommend and will come again for date night or girls night.

Food was delicious! Mostly sashimi we shared and it all had a real nice flair and flavor. Just visiting but I would recommend it, and next time we are in town I will be back!

Dined here for the first time and Michael was our server. He was absolutely incredible! He knew every single detail of the entire menu and made our experience absolutely perfect. The Hunnya roll and bang bang shrimp were so delicious. We will 100% be back.

Craft Bar Kamon exceeded expectations! We decided on a speakeasy because we were celebrating a 21st birthday and wanted to treat the birthday girl to a more upscale experience. As we arrived, the door to the bar was completely hidden, so off the bat we had fun experiencing the hidden door opening. We were greeted with smiles and sat down at a comfortable table for 6. Shortly after we sat down, we were asked if we were open to moving to a private area toward the back of the bar. That set the mood for our entire night. We were led to a private room that was set up like a gorgeous living room with a record player and comfortable couch. It was the perfect setting to listen to music, dance and have conversations. Our server Amadeus was knowledgeable, fun, with a great personality, kind and attentive. I ordered based on Amadeus's recs: two gin based martini's (I'm not a martini person), Amadeus recommended I start with the Daikon Kobu Martini and then move on to the Perfect Sake Martini. They were both so good! From now on, I will only order Martini's at Craft Bar Kamon!! Definitely recommend and if you're lucky enough to get Amadeus as your server, you'll have a wonderful time!

    The service and food was top notch! The spicy tuna crispy rice, salt and pepper karage, tempura veggies, and by the border roll were all so delicious. My husband got blue fin sashimi and I had a tempura shrimp and crab hand roll and it was so yummy. They brought out a mocktail shot and delicious icecream for his birthday. The vibe was so cute and the service was amazing, the food was really good.

    I think her name was Cassandra but she was amazing! We’ve had her twice so far and she always does an outstanding job. She is always attentive and responsive, she’s wonderful at giving suggestions and always has a smile on her face. 10/10 coming back just for her.
