The sampler of A3 and A4 Wagyu was enlightening. You really do have to eat them in that order to appreciate the difference. It does leave you wanting the A5 next time! Great service from courteous, well informed staff, and wonderful food. Last night it was a great mix of a la carte nigiri and robata, set off with a great Junmai Daiginjo sake.
