Set within the stunning surroundings of the Royal Exchange, the atmosphere feels both refined and welcoming — ideal for everything from a special occasion to an indulgent midweek treat. The food is nothing short of outstanding. Every dish is beautifully presented and packed with flavour, showcasing a thoughtful blend of authenticity and creativity. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the care that goes into the preparation. Service was equally impressive — attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate without ever feeling intrusive. Jang delivers on every level: setting, cuisine, and hospitality. A standout addition to the City dining scene and somewhere I’ll be returning to again
