My wife Megan and I visited Kenji Omakase for the first time last night, and what an incredible experience! From the moment we sat down until the very last bite, everything was outstanding.
We enjoyed the 14-course omakase experience followed by dessert, and I can genuinely say there wasn’t a single dish we didn’t love. Every course was fresh, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. Just when we thought we’d had our favorite, the next course would come out and impress us all over again.
What really made the evening special, though, was Executive Chef Matthew Nguyen. Not only is he incredibly talented at what he does, but his personality and hospitality took the entire experience to another level. He was friendly, engaging, and genuinely fun to be around. You can tell he loves what he does, and that energy makes the whole experience that much better.
The service was equally impressive. Everything flowed perfectly, we never felt rushed, and the entire evening was just a great time. It’s rare to find a place where the food, service, atmosphere, and people all come together this well, but Kenji absolutely nailed it.
We’ve enjoyed some great dining experiences, but this one definitely stands out. Megan and I walked away talking about how much fun we had and how amazing everything tasted. That’s exactly what a memorable night out should be.
Kenji Omakase exceeded our expectations in every way. Easily a 10/10 experience, and we can’t wait to come back. If you’re considering going, do yourself a favor and book it. You won’t regret it!
