    Best meal and best dinner all week in Florence! The veal filet with chickpea sauce underneath top 10 dish of my life. Highly recommend. A person from Florence who lives in the USA for 30 years recommended and he was right on! All 4 of us loved our meal and the service. We may go back tonight as well it was that good. Dont get fooled by the fancy store fronts and tables of other restaurants, this is the real deal! Oh, also had Parpadelle with Wild boar sauce that was AMAZING!

    We had a New Year's Eve dinner, and it was a lovely experience. There was a set menu, and everything we had was delicious and presented beautifully. The starter course of poached egg with cheese and truffle was a standout! Both dessert courses were also excellent. I had requested a vegetarian menu beforehand, but due to a misunderstanding, they thought I ate fish. Despite that, the staff were very accommodating and were able to adapt my menu on the fly and present excellent food. I enjoyed everything I ate. Overall, it was a great evening with amazing food. I would definitely recommend!

    We visited Osteria del Tegolaio on New Year’s Eve and very much enjoyed the pre fixe menus (one was “land” with meat and the other was “sea” with fish). The food was all beautifully made with high quality ingredients and impeccable preparation. Some highlights included the steak and the salmon, as well as the seafood filled ravioli. The service was excellent; everyone there was kind and friendly and made us feel welcome.
