    We enjoyed dining at Zaytinya for lunch on Mother's Day. I'd like to send a special thank you to our server and the kitchen staff at Zaytinya for being so knowledgeable about celiac disease and very conscientious about taking appropriate steps to avoid cross-contamination with gluten. Dining out with celiac can be very stressful, and the staff at Zaytinya went above and beyond to make sure my dining experience was safe and delicious. That was a great Mother's Day gift in and of itself.
