- CCatherineSeattle / Eastern Washington •13 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoMet girlfriends for breakfast and to catch up on our lives. Sat in the patio outside which was comfortable. Our server provided excellent service and knew when to interrupt us to take our order and provide drink refills. Food was superior as always!More infoPortage Bay Cafe - South Lake Union$$$$• Northwest• Lake Union / Eastlake•4.8
- PPhoebeSeattle / Eastern Washington •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoI have been here twice before and this place never lets me down. Partner and I chose Spinasse for our 1 year anniversary (!) and Heather took great care of us. the food was stunning as always (if you have heard me talk about this place you will know I have been evangelizing about the amuse bouche to anyone with ears to listen because it literally blows my mind how good it is) and my espresso martini was appropriately strong. there was legitimately not a bad bite in the entire meal. if you go you HAVE to get the sage butter tajarin (it sounds so simple but it's incredibly good. I can't even describe) and the mascarpone artichokes. I got a weird look describing the latter to my roommate but I can't explain it, it's just one of those things you have to try for yourself also for dessert we got the goat milk gelato which is a stroke of genius. this dish had me enjoying a blueberry for the first time in my adult life. it was so good I think ordering it ruined my life because I don't know if I will ever get to try it again. whoever came up with this recipe should be nominated for a nobel peace prize. I wish I could write like twenty essays for the new yorker about how perfect that dessert was. also the ambiance of the space was great. our table was in the middle of the room which I didn't love but the rest of the space is laid out very ergonomically. whoever they put on aux was killing it as always. I am only a little embarrassed to say I did an under-the-table shazam at multiple points during my meal. Heather's service was fast and very personable, and there were a lot of very minor thoughtful touches that lubricated the entire experience, like the candle they brought us with dessert for our anniversary, and having the kitchen course out the menu for you. Spinasse was fantastic as always. if one could marry a restaurant I would propose yesterday. 10/10More infoSpinasse$$$$• Italian• Capitol Hill / First Hill•4.8
- KKarenGoldChicago / Illinois •17 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoI chose to Lark to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We were seated upstairs with other guests. The setting was lovely and it was spacious and very quiet with music playing in the background. We ordered several dishes to share. First was the gem lettuce salad wth a green goddess dressing. It was light and very tasty. Our next course was the duck liver pâté with crisp cracker and tart rhubarb pieces and sauce. Nicely plated and delicious. We shared two mains, first a gnoccietti, with a rabbit ragu sauce. O ur waiter was quick to describe it as a pasta, with fava beans. Very light and also flavorful. We also shared the Waygu steak plate with smashed potatoes and a red wine sauce. The meat was very tender, the potatoes creamy and the had a nice tartness for dessert we shared the strawberry rhubarb shortcake biscuit. A nice refreshing finish to the meal. All in all I’d say it was an excellent meal. Service was great as was our server. I had a nice glass of bubbly rosé and my husband a Boulevarde cocktail, also great. I can certainly recommend Lark for a special occasion and definitely return.More infoLark$$$$• Contemporary American• Capitol Hill / First Hill•4.4
- LLodieSeattle / Eastern Washington •1 review5.0Dined on Jul 2, 2026Harvest Beat is a special, exceptional restaurant. From the minute you arrive, you are treated like a special guest. The servers are happy and informative. The food is outstanding. Each dish is unique and prepared with love and care. You can choose either alcoholic pairings or elixirs to go with each course. Both are amazing. The menu changes every five weeks, and all ingredients are sourced locally. Even if you are not vegan, you will be stunned how delicious each course is. I challenge folks to find a better meal in Seattle, vegan or not. We go to Harvest Beat for all of our special occasions. We also like to take non-vegans to prove to them how amazing vegan food, done right, can be! Needless to say, we are huge fans!More infoHarvest Beat$$$$• Vegan• Wallingford•4.6
- BBarbSeattle / Eastern Washington •60 reviews4.0Dined on Jul 1, 2026Always love going to Cantinetta. The food is fresh and now during pea and corn season they always have a nice pasta dish highlighting these. Pork belly with apricots was super. Fried green tomatoes missed the mark and needed a sauce. Mushroom pasta was tasty albeit a tad heavy. Shrimp tagliarini was just right; tasty, good sauce, shrimps cooked perfectly. Bolognese never disappoints. Focaccia could have been baked a little longer. It was a bit doughy and lacked a crispy crust, but the olive oil t was served with made up for it. Staff is super friendly and efficient. We always love seeing Randy behind the bar. He’s normally surrounded by local regulars so we couldn’t dine at the bar, but our waitress was very sweet.More infoCantinetta - Wallingford$$$$• Italian• Wallingford•4.7
