Cebada Rooftop was an absolute treat! From the moment we arrived, everything came together for a memorable dining experience. The creative, flavorful menu is complemented by an impressive list of craft cocktails with some seriously fun names. We enjoyed the Papi Chulo and Every Belen’s Kids Vacation cocktails, and both were as entertaining as their names! Our server, Manny, deserves a special shout-out. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with—passionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. His recommendations made the experience even better. The food was outstanding. We enjoyed the baby back smoked ribs, baked oysters, and the Bikini Sandwich, which absolutely stole the show! What really impressed us was the overall value. The quality of the food, cocktails, service, and atmosphere comes without the kind of pricing that can sometimes accompany a rooftop dining experience. The music was perfectly chosen—great background music that added to the atmosphere without making conversation difficult. Add in the beautiful ambiance and a lively, enjoyable crowd, and Cebada Rooftop got everything just right. We’ll definitely be returning often—and we’ll be asking for Manny! 🍸🍽️🔥

We had an incredible first visit and were blown away. We’ve been fortunate enough to be able to visit many incredible places for dinner around the world and this one is right sits with a few at the top of the list for us. We will be back again for sure and have already shared our experience with friends and family.
