It is served with baby corn and sweet potatoes. The ceviche de corvina is similar with just the fresh fish chunks. Peruvian style seafood soup makes a great starter. Don’t forget to order the chica morado, a traditional Peruvian drink made from purple corn and finish with tres leches cake for dessert.
