Outstanding meal and service! Lovely restaurant that had outside dining supported by gas flams to ward off the chill. Attentive staff, delicious food, and a wonderful violinist to accompany our dining experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We chose Santa Joana to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Best choice ever!! Every encounter we had from the host to the sommelier to our server, Jessica, was incredible. They all were super helpful and very attentive. Jessica gave us outstanding menu recommendations and , we honestly don’t remember ever having such a delicious meal! The restaurant is also beautiful, being housed in a converted convent! 5 stars all over the board!!

At Cícero, art and gastronomy come together in every detail—from the artworks throughout the space to the creative dishes by the two chefs. Their author-led cuisine brings Brazilian, French, and Portuguese influences together. The experience has the sophistication and care of a starred restaurant, without the usual price tag. It’s well worth a visit a good value for the experience —and, if things keep going this way, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Cícero featured in the major food guides soon. Go now, before that happens and the prices go up.

My daughter and I got off the cruise ship in Lisbon, and walked to this delightful little restaurant where we shared an amazing meal, a perfect bottle of wine and had the sweetest waitress. A perfect dinner!

Such a beautiful setting! So charming! The food is more than adequate and the service was very attentive. Fado is so engaging. Without understanding the language, one is able to understand the story line and feel the emotions. I highly recommend it!
