We are new to NJ and after talking to locals we decided to celebrate our anniversary at Steak 38. It was a great meal and a great place to celebrate. My wife had the filet mignon with bearnaise sauce that she said was excellent. I had the prime rib which was also delicious with a pepper coating. The service by Sam was impeccable and the valet parking was a nice touch. The price for 2 dinners, dessert, drinks/wine and tips was $260. It is a local gem that we will visit again.

Excellent service. Filet was also excellent. Short ribs were really tender but gravy was a little too thick for me. Great crème brûlée
