    We came here as a family for evening meal. The food was very good with home made chicken pie, burger, fish and chips, and children's nuggets ordered. We had time constraints and asked the staff if desserts could get through the kitchen in time and they went and made them especially so we had time to enjoy. Excellent service all the way through with lovely clean premises and toilets (although the ladies could do with a bit of refurbishment). Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

    We had a lovely lunch at the Cock and Pheasant on May Day. Everyone in our party had a different meal, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I had the Chicken Club sandwich, was was enormous and very tasty. The fish and chips were amazing and a small portion was a very good call. The burger was amazing and the Steak melted in the mouth. A thoroughly enjoyable time was had by all. Thoroughly recommend a visit to this lovely independent pub with fabulous staff. Thank you Carl and your wonderful team
