The service was top notch, and the quality of the food was very good. I must commend the management on the outstanding selection and volume of the music. So many restaurants get that one detail wrong and the noise level will destroy an otherwise enjoyable experience. I want to be able to carry on a conversation with my companions and a little background music of classic rock, Jazz or Blues is great as long as it isn't too loud. Public Fish & Oyster got it right!
