Our server was phenomenal, and very open to feedback when my husband's steak came out overcooked. She understood that it wasn't her fault, which we made sure to express multiple times! The manager was kind enough to remove it from the bill, despite providing another steak, and that was also greatly appreciated. It felt like walking into the grand ballroom on the Titanic with the incredible ornate ceilings and decadence everywhere.
