Lovely ambiance, excellent service, delicious food at reasonable prices. I had a birthday and they surprised me with a little cake and a happy birthday song. There's also a children's room, so our kids were having fun and we could enjoy the meal in peace and quiet.

Beautiful view of Cathedral. Outstanding food! We had fettuccine Alfredo and shrimp allijo. Waiter was attentive but didn’t hover. Will return. The view with the lights at night will be fantastic.

La Encomienda is an absolute must-visit in Puebla! The food was truly excellent, with beautiful presentation that matched the incredible flavors. Unlike many fine dining spots, the appetizer portions here are plentiful and very satisfying. What really set this place apart was the service—Paco and Martin were extremely attentive and went out of their way to make our experience memorable. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, incredibly inviting, and the staff does a wonderful job of making guests feel right at home. Highly recommend!
