Best Steakhouses in Witham on the Hill

It was my first experience at the Galleon and someone who lives in Stoke I was very impressed. We ordered the T-Bone and a Sirloin steak. They were cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth. My friend who I was with said that his steak tasted better than Miller and Carter and that it was the best steak he’d had in the UK. High praise! Would definitely go back and recommend the Galleon.

Been couple of times before and thoroughly enjoyed it , so booked for husbands 70th and was not disappointed, staff very helpful and friendly and food was very good. They even bought a small dessert for him for his birthday . Would highly recommend, especially the roast dinners .

her name was exceptional, polite and friendly and attended to us with a smile always ready to sort us out. Nothing was too much for her, she is young her aptitude will get her far, well done Charlie. We were also greeted very well and seen to our table, cannot remember the person who greeted me, but I arrived first and was shown to my table. The atmosphere was very good as it was my first visit very impressed.

We went here for a Sunday lunch for the first time. The food was excellent,as was the service,and it was very reasonably priced. There was a singer on the day,who although was very good was just a bit too loud. It was a bit distracting,and I feel background music would have been just fine,and also keep costs down for the venue.

I had my Valentine’s Day dinner at Jimmys Prawns and the service was outstanding even with the fact they were short of staff. Not to mention the food was excellent.
