The three of us ordered the filet mignon, halibut, and ahi tuna, and every single entrée was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The filet was tender and juicy, the halibut was flaky and fresh, and the ahi tuna was seared beautifully. We also got the coconut risotto and creamed corn as sides and both were standout dishes — the risotto had just the right sweetness from the coconut, and the creamed corn was rich and addictive. Everything on the plate was fantastic. It’s a moderately expensive restaurant, but the quality of the food and the overall experience made it worth it. Service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Great ambiance, solid wine or beer options, and a memorable meal in Zion.
