- SSherylLondon •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoAbsolutely lovely experience… the team were fabulous friendly yet professional offered advice on dishes and shared personal recommendations. The food was excellent, fresh full of flavours that worked so well … I had the grilled Seanad which i definitely recommend- we also tried the cod in chili spice as a tapas starter wasn’t sure what this would be like … as unusual dish but again it worked so well and would absolutely order again. The whole night was excellent. Good wine list and great cocktails too. Lovely vibe to the place great decor and atmosphereMore infoLagan Indian Tapas - Beeston££££• Indian• Beeston•4.8
- AAnnaDerbyshire •1 review5.0Dined on Oct 23, 2026We needed a table that we could book for 8, then 9 people on the day in Derby city centre for 6.15 pm! The venue very kindly did not insist on deposits even though we increased the numbers. We had friends coming on foot, by car, train and Uber. The whole experience was very comfortable for a chilly rainy evening in October, lovely service, cocktails and food! The special dish was Zebra which is both unique and unusual. That raised a lot of interest. Recommend the beef dripping chunky chips! Thank you very much, we had a lovely evening with our friends.More infoThe Engine Room££££• Global, International• Derby•4.3
- RRebeccaAtlanta •6 reviews5.0Dined on Oct 22, 2026We attended the wine and cheese tasting night and it was fantastic. The manager was so knowledgeable about the wine and they had some really unique wines that we had not heard of before. We will definitely be going back to this lovely wine bar.More infoGrace & Vine££££• Mediterranean• Leamington Spa•4.8
- AAndyLondon •3 reviews4.0Dined on Sep 26, 2026Really enjoyed the food and the service. We like the cicchetti style of serving smaller dishes that come when they come vs the usual starter/main structure. Favourites on our table included the veal and prawn risotto for our meat-eating companions, and for us veggies, my wife adored the very rich gorgonzola gnochi. The bar is loud and pervades the whole restaurant - this is not a complaint, just know it before you go. We had read this too and thought it might not be a factor for our early-evening (17:30) booking for a nice meal after a fab matinee show at BRB - but it really was loud in there, sometimes to the point of hampering conversation between the four of us when the "doof-doof" music was inexplicably turned UP around 6pm. But again, this is not a complaint: the atmosphere is appropriate for a fun kickoff to a Saturday night in Brum... and the food is sooo good that you'd forgive them :) Enjoy!More infoFumo Birmingham££££• Italian• Birmingham•4.1
- MMikeLondon •4 reviews5.0Dined on Mar 21, 2026In town for one night, I made a reservation at 4pm for 6pm. Upon arrival, it was a busy Saturday evening at it wasn’t clear if they could honour my booking for a bar seat. As it was, they made a cosy place for me by the window. The service was excellent, with all staff being friendly and courteous. The food was excellent value for money (lamb burger, followed by plum and pistachio tart) as were for 2-for-1 cocktails. Throughly recommended!More infoQueen of Hockley££££• Gastro Pub• Nottingham•4.2
