Amazing experience, food was delicious, everything came out hot and fresh quickly, sushi was fresh and buttery, could tell it was good quality fish. Service was wonderful, quick and checked in often. Pricing is more than fair. BYOB was fun, we brought sake and waiter brought us sake cups right away. We will be back next time we are in Philly! Our new date night spot. Long live Tomo.

A Spectacular Fusion of Melt-in-Your-Mouth Sushi and World-Class Steak. Umami Steak and Sushi Bar is an absolute must-visit. I started my meal with the miso black cod, which was fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavor. For the main course, the Koji-aged steak cooked tableside was tender, rich, and easily among the best steak I've had. Combined with the chef's selection of ultra-fresh sushi and real wasabi, every single dish exceeded expectations. The atmosphere is cozy and upscale, and the staff made the experience feel special. I will definitely be back!

Bleu Sushi was a wonderful overall experience. It is a great after work restaurant to unwind and have amazing food. Our server Jonah was fantastic and personably. Jonah went above and beyond to provide us with excellent service and built a great rapport with us. Myself and my friends will definitely be back to Bleu Sushi!!!!
