Our full experience from when we entered the restaurant to when we left was incredible. The service was top tier. Our waitress was always a step ahead when it came to our needs. She gave great recommendations, answered every question and made sure we had everything we needed. The timing between courses was perfect as well as the food temperature. Drink flavors were unique and offered something for everyone. We had multiple appetizers, sushi, oysters, and four main courses. All the flavors were delicious. Everyone in our party tried a little of everything and didn’t dislike a single thing on the table. The atmosphere was also incredibly alluring. The soft lighting and decor felt upscale and lavish. Overall the entire experience was a personal favorite for our entire group and we look forward to coming back.

Such a wonderful dining experience at World Center. From the moment we sat down, everything felt special. Our chef was incredibly entertaining and made the entire evening so much fun, while the food was exceptional. The steak was perfectly cooked, tender and absolutely delicious. We had a fantastic table, wonderful service and loved every part of the experience. It was the perfect combination of great food, atmosphere and entertainment. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Our dinner was delicious, everything was outstanding, as it always is at Fishbones. We had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary. Brian, our server, was exceptional. He made a recommendation for a great wine. He was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very personable.

The was the best Michelin star we have gone to! The food was next level with a variety between meats and seafood so something for everyone. The Japanese wagyu was so tender and buttery. My favorite meal was the chestnut tortellini with bacon dashi. My fiancée's favorite was the nanatsuboshi rice with dungeness crab and miatake. There was not a meal we didnt like. The staff was very friendly and professional. They even created a special birthday card for me based on a conversation I had with one of the employees. It was a super special and surprising addition to the already perfect night.

What a great experience we had! We went on a Sunday to celebrate our anniversary and enjoyed almost everything from the happy hour food menu. The cucumber salad was excellent and our favorite roll was the Negi Toro! Our server was Terry, and he was great! He provided recommendations to us and was very welcoming and kind. The vibes of the restaurant were also awesome, the lighting and music were both perfect. We accidentally left our card at the table, and the manager met us halfway in ICON Park to get it back to us which was next level service! We will definitely be back to try more!
